ZERT Coffee & ChaosJanuary may be over but it will probably go down as one of the most insane starts to any year. We saw crazy terrorist attacks and an insane car bomb suicide that sparked all kinds of debate on the internet, to a new administration taking over and hopefully leading us back to greatness! We also witnessed the second most devestating fire in California history that claimed an estimated 18,000 + homes and structures. Whether it was the perfect weather conditions for this fire to grow to the level that it did or the gross negligence of the cities emergency response procedures at the top level is still a mystery. There were so many questions that people asked and hopefully will get the answers they deserve. With an estimated 250 billion dollars in damages and 55,000 acres destroyed, how long will it take the L.A. area to recover from that?
We talk about being prepared on this show and ZERT has always tried to help people understand the survivalist mindset in order to be that. Natural disasters have and will continue to be the one thing that you can be prepared for, while maybe not before they happen but how to recover after they hit. Some of them provide enough warning to evacuate and should you get that warning, please do so. But in the unlikely event that you are not able to it’s best to remember that no one is coming to save you and you should prepare to self rescue.
