Firstly, I typed “Ask WLS” into google and the results came back “Questions to ask about weight loss surgery.” Thought you all should know that.

I’m ready to build an SBR and am in the process of filling out the Form 1 and getting all the documentation together. Shout out to Silencer Shop for making the process much less daunting for a first-time NFA applicant. But I still need some advice. What do I do with the tax stamp when it arrives? There is a wealth of information all over the internet about how to fill out a Form 1 or Form 4, how to set up a trust, how to e-file, etc. But every article ends with some form of “Now just wait for your stamp to arrive.” What the hell do I do once I have the stamp in hand? Keep it with the item at all times or store it in a safe? Should I laminate it, or fold it up and shove it my range bag? Can it be replaced if it gets damaged? Any advice would be helpful. Thank you guys and love the show.

Am I the only one who wishes that FN would make a 10mm version of the fnx-45? If it will hold 15 rounds of 45, imagine the capacity in 10mm! I was just looking at ammo for my 10mm online. Do y’all think that a 100 gr at 1825 fps or a 115 gr at 1700 would go through soft armor?

What is the casts thoughts on the .22 Eargesplitten Loundeboomer, it’s a 50-grain .22 in a .378 Weatherby Magnum case, designed in the 60s to shoot a .22 over 5,000 ft/s. Unfortunately it maxed out at 4,600 ft/s, do you think with modern powder someone could get it to break that 5k barrier and is this the first .22 Shawn likes.

Hey y’all. I have an AR with a 3-9x scope on it. I’m trying to decide what I want for an alternate/backup sight. I had a set of 45 degree iron sights but they were super clunky and I really didn’t like them. If I get a swampfox reflex sight and mount it as an offset, should I still invest in flip up irons? How likely is it for both my scope and reflex sight to fail? Or should I just buy a better set of offset irons instead of a red dot? Thanks
