What’s up dick lickers.what optuc would you recommend for a 8in 300bo with a can. Use case is to drop a home intruder and to kill coyotes at an airport.

Shawn mentioned a few episodes back about a lever action for hunting and I’ve been pondering the same. I want a box mag fed lever gun in a “modern” cartridge for hunting animals ranging from coyotes to elk out to 500ish yards. The Browning BLR (which I have owned, looked nice but the heavy trigger attached to the lever threw me off) and the Henry Long Ranger (which I have not owned) are the only rifles that I’m aware of that fit that criteria. They’re similar in price but not in caliber selections. If I went with the Browning, I’d get it in a 7mm-08. If I went with a Henry, due to the lack of caliber selection, I’d go with the 6.5 Creedmoor. 7mm-08 is always in stock at my lgs, even through the plandemic, and I’ve just had a strange craving to get one. So, Browning BLR in 7mm-08 or Henry Long Ranger in 6.5 Creedmoor?

Jimmy Cracked Corn: 

I recently came into 4 magpul hunter stocks for Remington 700 actions (2 short and 2 long). My question is what caliber’s should I put into them? Is it better to buy a used Remington 700 and just swap the stocks or should I build. If I build is brownells the best place to buy the action or are there better places?

And before the ogre says what about budget, distance etc. there is no specific use for them, no distance requirement, price – probably around 500-1200 without scope.

Tourniquet expiration dates. I am in the process of replacing expired items (mainly meds) in my first aid kits and building a few new ones (Ill be using the WLS code at MedicalGearOutfitters). I noticed that several of my tourniquets are marked with “recommended service life 5 years” and a production date. I tried searching but didn’t find any sort of consensus. What is the general thought on this? Should I be replacing them?

I realize that webbing and other elements can degrade over time, particularly if used in rough service, exposed to sunlight, etc. These are units that are inside my first aid packs/kits.

Hello WLS gang. I have recently been getting some suppressors. I am waiting on my hybrid 46 to come back I know it’s a master of none but I wanted something I could put on all my guns. Because fuck tax stamps. I’m getting a BCM lower and mk2 16 inch upper. Should I put a adjustable gas block on? Or a heavier buffer weight? What should I do to make sure my gun is reliable and not getting beat to deat? Thanks guys. love the show. 8====D
