Matt: Hey guys. I have an Aero M5 lower, Aero M5 Enhanced upper and Aero 15-inch handguard. I was going to build a DMR in 6.5 Creedmoor, but with the Faxon/Q partnership announcement and introduction of 8.6 Blackout, do you think tha 8.6 Blackout would be a better option? Engagement range would be 150-700 yards, with probable suppressor usage. Thanks.

Jeremy, eventually I’ll make the pilgrimage out to RET, as I live outside of Harrisburg,PA, and most of the indoor ranges around my area suck.

I was wanting to buy a Smith and Wesson governor, it’s a snub-nose revolver chambered in 45 colt, but it also takes 410 shotshells. To me it seems like a perfect bedside gun but I was wondering what your thoughts were on 410 in a pistol

Ok, so I recently got the WLS Civilian Trauma Kit (expanded version)

I like it, and am going to put it on my belt for the range, i also got it with a BooBoo Kit, and that’s actually pretty sweet.

My question, and I talked to Skinny Medic about it, I am an ATM tech in Houston we actually get robbed, my coworker and his guard were recently in a shoot out with a couple guys trying to rob the ATM. Guard ended up shooting the guys car, and we haven’t been informed that they were shot, and I really haven’t bothered to look it up on the news.

So since this took place, and I have been robbed a few times, what Medical kit would your recommend for me to carry on the job, I got the Skinny Medic Pocket kit, and am wondering if there is another option? Also Jeremy needs to get a KP-15, tell him I said he will love it.

Also side note, I was CLS (combat life saver) certified in the army, and I know how to use chest seals, and NPAs, and how to give an IV, but how often should someone take medical classes as an everyday citizen? Like yearly, quarterly, etc…?

I want an M1 Carbine. I don’t care about historical significance. I don’t care if it’s a remake. I just want an M1 Carbine that works and is (poor person) affordable, or possibly obtainable. let’s just say sub $800 is possible. I know there’s remakes and ones made in different calibers. I’d prefer 30carbine, but if there’s a great one in a different caliber other than a rimfire, that could work. Just curious what yall think

(The following is the text of a post on gun store/range FB page) Here is the bad news that we just received;

Due to the shocking news gathered at Shot Show we wanted to update our partners and dealers regarding the continued ammo and component shortages. The ammo and primer markets seem to be taking a turn for the worse. Booths at Shot Show for imported ammo brands like Aguila, Magtech, Maxxtech, Sellier & Bellot, and PPU were mostly empty and all had similar things to say about ammo for the coming year.

Due to extreme shortages in powder and primers, brands like Sellier & Bellot and Magtech have stopped taking orders for components until 2023 because they won’t have enough components to load their own ammo. This will heavily impact the primer market in the USA as there will be very few imported primers to fill the void left by the domestic primer shortage. This will heavily affect small to midsize ammo manufacturers who rely on outside sources for components.

The possibility of Russia invading Ukraine, In addition to the component shortages, will have a massive impact on the 2022 ammo market. We expect all Russian imports of components and ammo to come to a halt immediately once the invasion occurs. With estimates being as high as 40% of the ammo sold in the USA being Russian, the price of ammo will skyrocket if this supply chain is closed.
