Going Ballistic
- Gun-rights groups are taking legal action to challenge and dismantle the National Firearms Act (NFA), aiming to reduce restrictions on firearm ownership. This move has generated significant attention and could energize advocates within the gun community while posing challenges for those in favor of stricter gun control measures.
- The Supreme Court’s decision to reject Missouri’s Second Amendment Preservation Act indicates a setback for state efforts to bolster gun rights. This ruling may have implications for future attempts to challenge federal regulations on firearms, leaving gun rights advocates feeling frustrated while anti-gun proponents celebrate a win.
- Authorities are probing a shooting at a South Carolina bar, identifying potential suspects. This incident adds fuel to ongoing debates about gun rights, likely stirring frustration within the gun community as it highlights the persistent issues tied to crime rather than lawful firearm ownership.
- The NRA is preparing to sue California Governor Gavin Newsom over his recent ban on Glock handguns, claiming it infringes on Second Amendment rights. This legal move signals a strong pushback from the gun community against perceived overreach by gun control advocates, reinforcing their stance on firearm ownership rights.

The incident may fuel further scrutiny and criticism from gun control advocates, while the gun community continues to emphasize rights and personal protection amid calls for more regulations.

- The Second Amendment Foundation has submitted an amicus brief to the Supreme Court advocating for the restoration of gun rights for individuals who have been denied them, signaling a challenge to restrictive gun control measures. This move is likely to energize pro-gun advocates and could impact ongoing discussions around gun ownership rights in the U.S.

This lawsuit may have significant implications for the gun community, potentially challenging the constraints of gun control measures and advocating for clearer regulations surrounding the shipment of firearms accessories.
Reviews
- ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – from Lou S – Love the show! Except for the parts where Aaron speaks. Like on episode 630 when Aaron said homosexuality happens in nature. lol is he R-worded? When a male dog humps another male it is to establish dominance not because Jack thinks Sparky is cute.
But for real Aaron you do add a needed element to the show, every friend group needs an Aaron.
Also I hope he can prove me wrong and find an example of two male seagulls that live in a San Francisco flat on the bay with their adopted bird baby.
(Scientists have documented same-sex courtship, pair-bonding, and mating behaviors in hundreds of species, including mammals, birds, reptiles, insects, and even some fish. Some well-known examples include:
- Bonobos and chimpanzees: Engage in frequent same-sex sexual activity as part of social bonding and conflict resolution.
- Dolphins: Both male and female dolphins engage in same-sex behavior, often forming long-term same-sex alliances.
- Penguins: Same-sex penguin pairs (both male and female) have been observed nesting together and even raising chicks.
- Rams (male sheep): Studies have shown that a consistent percentage (around 8–10%) of rams preferentially mate with other males.
- Flamingos, lions, giraffes, and swans: Also exhibit same-sex interactions or pairings.)
- ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – from Arnold SchwarzeNword – Support the sport, take a buddy hunting. If you like that buddy, tell them about this show and leave them review.
- ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – from Jerry – I want to start by saying that I love the show and listen every week. My only gripe is that shawn cant seem to understand that they are recording an audio podcast and most people listen to the show with headphones. There are a lot of episodes that he is chewing into the microphone, nobody wants to have someone chewing in their ear. Do better or KYS shawn
