Last week we heard a Federal Judge out of the Northern District of Texas Issue an Order Blocking ATF Classification of Forced Reset Triggers as Machine Guns but this week  U.S. District Judge in New York wrote The Court concludes that the Government is likely to succeed on the merits of its claims adding the company “placed tens of thousands of their customers at risk of criminal prosecution and the loss of their right to own firearms.
