Shotspotter is at the core of a fatal police shooting that left a 13-year-old boy dead. Groups are pointing out that the 90%-ineffective system is overwhelmingly placed in minority communities, and serves only to worsen relations with law enforcement.

NC HOUSE VOTES TO END PISTOL PERMIT REQUIREMENT
