ZERT Coffee & ChaosIn this episode of the Talking Lead Podcast we discuss what happens to different caliber bullets after they have been fired from pistols, rifles and shotguns in an in-door environment through ballistic gel and wall structures.
You can never get a fired bullet back. Knowing your target and what is beyond it is just the beginning of the responsibility and liability attached to your bullet after the shot is fired. Knowing penetration capabilities of your ammunition is a crucial component in your responsibility as a firearms owner. Ken Allen with Ken Allen Training joins Lefty this episode. Co-hosting with Lefty is Pete Pi owner of Defiant Munitions and a 15 year veteran LE/SWAT Officer and Brian Keeney owner of Occam Defense Solutions.
Ken Allen has been an instructor since 1997, focusing on firearms instruction since 2009 when he joined the Sig Sauer Academy staff. In 2016 Ken established Ken Allen Training, LLC, a firearms, safety and outdoor skills training business. Ken offers consulting, product testing and support, and travel training nationally. Ken owns and hosts “Kalashtober” the oldest, original and longest continuously run annual AK training, competition and community event in the country.
