Tell us about your business

I believe the first significant introduction to F55 was the ProLink.  Was that the first major product or were you in the machining industry doing other products

In the earlier days that I noticed Factor 55 it was testing videos.  Do you guys still post those from time to time?

I noticed patents and trademarks listed on the website. Has that helped cut down on copycat companies ripping off the company designs?

Speaking of winching, has being part of the group that also owns Warn helped your business at all?

What does the closed system winching do to protect the user?

I noticed you guys sell Crosby branded steel shackles.  Is there a particular reason for those vs other brands?

Factor 55 was one of the first US companies to help market what many dubbed the death doughnuts (or synthetic pulley rings). What changes went into improving the design to help make them safer?

We’ve talked about the fast fid for years. I own one and it has been on Ben’s Christmas list for a few years. What inspired the product?
