LISTENER FEEDBACK

Brand new listener! I found your podcast cruising Google Podcasts looking for an Overlanding podcast that had lots of gear discussions. Well, I found all the gear discussion I asked for! The casual conversation between hosts is excellent. It’s informative and entertaining. I love catching up with what everyone is doing with their trucks. It’s really funny going back a few years, especially to 2019, and hearing everyone’s plans lol!

Keep up the good work! Thanks for the laughs and the info!

My “rig” is a 2005 F250 6.0 diesel. It’s a crew cab short box Lariat with the FX4 package. White and tan in color. It was factory ordered without the stock 4in lift, so I’m currently running 275s. I plan to add in a 4in lift, maybe a 6in, and run 35s. It has the typical 6.0 mods, minus the head studs. I’ve added a Powermaxx turbo, 4in straight pipe exhaust, and custom tuning. I plan to flat-bed it and build some custom racks with a canvas top. My heritage is Australian so I will be building it with a nod to the Australian truck style. Can’t wait to be on the trails and showing pictures of it! I’m in Alabama and hope to start soon on some forestry roads.

MAIN TOPICPOWERED BYWARN

This week we each pick one rig in 3 different price categories.  These rigs are for whatever we want them to be.  Overlanders, rock crawlers, or even just a giant pile of garbage that we will never get around to fixing and then resell it for cheaper than we bought it.
