    • Start with driveshafts
      • Tie up
      • Remove axle side
      • Remove transfer case side
      • Remove flange need puller
    • Jack up Jeep
    • Remove tires/wheels
    • Remove any cables and breather tubes
    • Remove brake lines (drip pans)
    • Remove sway bar end links
    • Remove drag link
    • Remove track bar
    • Remove shocks
    • Remove springs
    • Remove control arms
  • Install
    • Move axles in place
      • Get close at the beginning
      • Don’t do in pickup bed if you have trailer
      • Use a shop crane
    • Install control arms
    • Install springs
    • Install Brake lines and ABS sensors
    • Set Jeep on its own weight
    • Set pinion angle (use ratchet straps)
    • Center axle and install track bar
    • Install drag link
    • Back up on jack stands
    • Remove springs
    • Install shocks
    • Install tires
    • Cycle axle and set bump stops
    • Check Clearances
      • Fenders
      • Trackbar on diff
      • Trackbar on engine
      • Drag link on engine
      • Shock to frame
      • etc
    • Remove tires and shocks
    • Install Springs
    • Install Shocks
    • Wire up Lockers
    • Install Diff breathers
    • Put the tires on
    • Check alignment
    • Get an alignment from a qualified shop 
    • go break everything in
      • Gear break-in
      • Bed brakes
    • Go break those new axles!
