Listener Feedback
One thing you guys forgot to mention is that if your trailer is going sideways you can hit the Johnny bar to apply the trailer brakes only. It will straight things up. I drive truck for a living and pull doubles and have had to do that a few times.

Tell us about you
For the listeners who may not know who you are, why don’t you tell us who you are and how do you fit into the off-road world?
You own a few unique vehicles, what are they?
You had an older Delica van, a 1989 L300 … why upgrade to a newer one (a 1994 L400)?
Do you miss anything from the L300 that the L400 doesn’t have?
How do you like the new Delica so far?
On or off-road adventures with it? (central Oregon remote camp trip)
So besides removing the back up alarm, what are your Immediate plans with the L400?
- Long Range Automotive tank (supplied by Long Range America) ML
- Coastal Offroad front and rear weld-together bumper kits AL
- WARN winch AL
- Wanderlust Overland (for welding/install of bumpers and tank install) ML
- BF Goodrich Tires
Future upgrades?
Tell us about owning a JDM vehicle
Why would someone want a JDM rig?
Is everything JDM tiny?
What does it take to import one?
How hard are they to register?
From my experience with Japan, they go through cars every few years, are they made more cheaply/disposable? How often do things break?
What is parts availability like?
Do you have to drive in reverse through fast food drive throughs?
How tricky is shifting with the wrong hand & driving on the wrong side of the road?
