Jeremy – Went snow wheeling.  Channeled my inner Ben and got stuck in a ditch and hurt myself.  Got my sliders in. 

Aaron – Didn’t get to go out and wheel.  I did get the parts in that I needed to thread my SilencerCo Octane 45.

Ben – Still building my ordering list for fixing all my front end stuff other than that planning snow camping trip finished my river watch training. Got to travel on roads a lot less traveled.

I have been using the beta version of Gaia GPS for Carplay and I have to tell you, I really like it. It is not as full-featured as the iPhone/iPad app but it works better than anything else on Carplay.

• Tell us about the trip you were on the brought you to the Black Rock Desert. What started the trip?
• A lot of people have called you a rookie for what happened.  Have you taken multi-day of road trips like this before?
• Can you give us some back story on what lead up to you getting stuck?
• I heard that there was some confusion with the signs, what happened there?
• What recovery gear did you have? What did you do to try to self recover your rig?
• What kinds of communications did you have with you?
• Who were the first people you called when you knew you were in trouble?
• How many days were you out there waiting for rescue and what was it like out on the playa waiting?
• How long did it take after leaving the rig behind did it take to come up with a plan for recovery?
• What did that plan consist of?
• Did any of the vehicles take any damage during any of the recoveries?
• I heard that some other rigs tried to reach you at some point but never made it.  Do you know what happened with that?
• After you were extracted and had some time to rest did you continue with your trip or have to head home?
