This week the guys sit down with Mountain Billy Gun Lab to talk about building some seriously lightweight guns. If you think your AR is light, wait until you hear about the GOAT-15.

We get into how Mountain Billy got started, what drove them to build an AR-style .22 that weighs just a few pounds, and why lightweight and compact guns can make a lot of sense for hunting, training, backpacking and just getting out and shooting. We also talk about the GOAT-15 HELIUM, the ATOM and H2, how they managed to get the weight down, and what you give up — if anything — by making a rifle this light.

How do you build a reliable rifle when every ounce matters? Why a .22? And what happens when you take the AR platform and make it small enough that you actually want to carry it all day?

Tune in this week as we get into Mountain Billy Gun Lab and find out what makes the GOAT-15 tick!
