By submitting this form, you certify that you understand by publishing on Firearms Radio Network, 15 second bumper ads will be placed at the beginning and end of the recording. A pool of revenue from these ads is paid to the show hosts. You may opt out of this plan by paying $25 a month for network infrastructure and carriage fees. Additionally you agree to these terms and conditions. Terms and Conditions for New Podcasts on Firearms Radio Network 1. Ownership of Content You retain full ownership of your podcast content. 2. Distribution Rights By joining, you grant us the right to distribute your podcast on our channels and platforms. 3. Termination You can leave the network at any time without any penalties. We reserve the right to remove your podcast from our network at any time. 4. Liability We are not liable for any claims related to your content. 5. Advertising Your podcast may include bumpfire ads that promote our advertising slots available at the beginning and end of each show. A pool of revenue from these ads will be paid to shows based on their percentage of network downloads. You may also have your own advertising in your podcast that is untouched by the network. 6. Marketing Use The network is allowed to use your content for the sole purpose of marketing the network. 7. Modifications Terms may be updated; you will be notified of any changes.
